It’s A Dog Eat Dog World
Last week, my colleague Tom stole one of my clients. When I asked him why he did it, he simply told me, ‘It’s a dog eat dog world.’
I work in sales. It’s a cutthroat industry. There is no room for weakness. Last week, I was feeling under the weather, so I spent the day at home. That was when my colleague Tom swooped, and grabbed my clients.
But, I know it’s no good crying over spilt milk. I need to keep my head up, and focus on making sales. I still want to get revenge on Tom, but I can wait. After all, revenge is a dish best served cold.
